Bohubo Drive Store is an internal file storage service operated by Bohubo. This policy describes how it uses Google user data.

What it accesses

The service requests only the Google Drive scope drive.file. With this scope it can read and write only the files it created itself in the Drive of the account owner. It cannot see, read or change any other file in that Drive.

How the data is used

Bohubo's own applications send files to the service. The service uploads each file into a folder of the owner's Drive, sets it to be viewable by anyone with the link, and returns the view link to the application that sent it. It deletes a file when that application asks for it. It does not access any personal data of Google users other than the owner's authorization to use Drive.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared with, sold to or transferred to any third party. It is not used for advertising or for training any model.

Storage and security

The OAuth token is stored only on Bohubo's own servers, readable by the administrator account only. Uploads require a secret key held by Bohubo's applications.

Revoking access

The account owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
